I met Kevin in May 2012 – At the time I was 40 pounds overweight and intimidated by the gym. My family kept telling me they were worried about my health and I needed to make a change, but I wasn’t sure where to start. I knew I couldn’t do it alone, so I decided to try a personal trainer. Having Kevin there, I know he will monitor my technique to make sure I’m performing the exercises safely and he will adjust my routine so I’m constantly making progress – I just have to show up and put in the effort.
